What is an Apprentice?
An apprentice in a hair salon is someone who is training to become a licensed professional hairstylist. They are working under the supervision of experienced stylists while learning skills such as cutting, coloring, washing, styling, and customer service.
For clients, this means our apprentices may assist with basic tasks like washing hair, applying treatments, or blow-drying. All work done by an apprentice is checked by an educator to ensure quality.
Choosing to work with an apprentice can be a great way to get a service at a lower cost, while also helping them build their skills and confidence. Please keep in mind your expectations when booking with our apprentices as they are still learning and working on their speed.

When she isn’t learning and apprenticing to become our next stylist, she’s booking your next appointment and making you feel at home in the salon. Ari loves spending time in the sun, shopping and slinging drinks at the golf course!

Hi, my name is Hailey and I was born here in Eau Claire, WI! I've loved doing hair for as long as I can remember; braids, curls, styles, you name it! I am beyond excited to start learning how to cut and color hair during my apprenticeship!
When I'm not at the salon, you'll find me in the gym coaching gymnastics to some of my favorite kiddo
